15-Day Return Guarantee

Customers may request a return within 15 days of receiving their order.

Upon approval of the return request and receipt of the product in its original condition, a refund of the product value will be processed. However, payment gateway processing fees, shipping charges, and any applicable transaction fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns After 15 Days

For return requests made after 15 days from the delivery date, Evorra Diamonds may offer a partial refund at its sole discretion.

The refund amount will be calculated after deducting:

• GST (Goods and Services Tax)

• Making charges

• Payment gateway fees

• Shipping and handling charges

• Any applicable administrative costs

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and in its original condition

• Include original packaging, certificates, and invoices

• Show no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Customized or personalized jewelry

• Special-order products

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

• Items returned without original certificates or documentation

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service when returning valuable items.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details so we can assist you promptly.
