Buyback & Exchange Policy

At Evorra Diamonds, we offer a Lifetime Buyback and Exchange Policy to provide our customers with long-term value and confidence in their purchases.

Lifetime Buyback & Exchange

All eligible jewelry purchased from Evorra Diamonds qualifies for our Lifetime Buyback and Exchange Program, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Buyback Value

The buyback value will be calculated based on the prevailing market rates at the time of evaluation:

Gold Value

• 100% of the net gold value based on the current market rate on the date of evaluation.

Lab-Grown Diamond Value

• Up to 80% of the prevailing market value of the lab-grown diamond, subject to quality verification and current market conditions.

Deductions

The following will not be included in the buyback value:

• Making charges

• GST (Goods and Services Tax)

• Shipping charges

• Payment gateway fees

• Discounts or promotional benefits received at the time of purchase

• Any other applicable service charges

Exchange Policy

Customers may exchange eligible products for another product available with Evorra Diamonds. The exchange value will be determined using the same valuation process as the buyback policy.

Any difference between the exchange value and the price of the new product must be paid by the customer.

Required Documents for Buyback or Exchange

To process a buyback or exchange request, customers must provide:

• Original product

• Original invoice or a copy of the invoice

• Original certificate(s), if applicable

• Valid identification if requested for verification purposes

Product Inspection

All products submitted for buyback or exchange will undergo a detailed inspection by our evaluation team.

The final buyback or exchange value will be determined after assessing:

• Product condition

• Wear and tear

• Physical damage

• Missing components or stones

• Weight loss due to usage or repairs

• Authenticity verification

Evorra Diamonds reserves the right to revise the final value based on the inspection findings.

Important Notes

• The Buyback & Exchange Policy applies only to products originally purchased from Evorra Diamonds.

• Evorra Diamonds reserves the right to modify or discontinue this policy at any time without prior notice.

• The final valuation determined by the inspection team shall be binding for all buyback and exchange transactions.
